Be part of a network of support for players, coaches and clubs across the country that are helping us in our aim to identify and develop talented young players and coaches, promote competition and develop community tennis.
To complete this network we are looking for people with strong tennis backgrounds and commitment to manage these developments, working closely with coaches, clubs, schools and Local Authorities across the country.
You will manage the County team supporting and developing our best coaches and ensuring their skills are available at key tennis delivery venues, including 'feeder clubs' capable of nurturing young talent with the ability to make it through to county, national and elite level. There will be a strong focus on creating a quality competitive environment locally and on working with the Tennis Foundation to develop tennis in schools, parks and with Local Authorities.

Salary: £29,670 pa + benefits
